If you own a business or are a corporate officer of one, you have to decide how you want to present yourself to your employees. The way you treat staff and how you handle the workplace environment is very important. One of the first things you and your counselor will have to evaluate is the length of time needed to fully maximize your goals. It may take several months and numerous face to face meetings.
