You have an amazing product and you know it's the best out there; the best quality, the best price, the best in everything, the only thing missing is an awesome webpage that gets a lot of traffic and attention for you to be successful.

A website can elevate the prestige of a company and allows your clients to increase the level of trust toward your product and service. All of these can be accomplished if you have a good website.

How many times have you got into a web page and thirty seconds later lose interest and abandon the page? I guess several times in a day. However sometimes a page just gets your attention and you can spend hours navigating and having fun. This is because it's designed to be attractive, webpages are meant to entertain and inform the visitor in a friendly, easy and fun way. If you want to have success online you don't only need a website, but you need an amazing webpage that is compelling and engaging. If you have traffic, your page is productive and effective. Here are some tips for having an effective webpage.

-User friendly; you have to make sure you have an easy to use and navigate webpage. Everything has to be understandable and simple. Make everything as obvious as possible, make your visitors enjoy the visit and stay. If everything is complicated they will just get bored and leave, no one wants to spend a lot of time trying to decipher how to navigate through a page. Make it easy for them.

-Amazing Content; this is a basic, and everyone knows it but not everyone quite understands it. Your content has to be useful and interesting, make your audience stay and always provide honest information.

-Stylish design; a website's design is the first impression, like your presentation card and this is why it's so important. Make it look neat and professional, use colors that match your company and product, if you are selling a grandma's product don't use very bright and psychedelic pinks. Use pictures to break the monotony of big texts, use your imagination; take your time to design a fun and amazing page.

-Possibility to Interact; when you have a website that gives this option then people get interested, this is totally beneficial for you because it will increase visits and traffic.

-Keep it short and fresh; try to be concise and use relevant information. Don't bore the user with things that are not relevant, use simple words, keep it short and interesting. Update your material, catalogs or whatever you have in your site.

-Speed it up; make sure to use a reliable and good host, keep your pages light, use optimized pictures, don't use frames. If a page takes forever to load is destined to fail so make sure you get this correctly.

-Few clicks; don't condense your page, just a few clicks to make it as quick and easy as possible.

-No pop-ups; avoid using pop-up windows, don't use flash unless you need to, and no unnecessary downloads, or registrations. Make sure you avoid all of this, the visitors will abandon your site quickly if you don't take care of these details; this can be the difference between a successful or disastrous website.

-Be social; you need a page that permits interaction, create blogs, on-line chats, questionnaires. These will make your site social and will increase traffic as well.

-Simplicity; the format and different styles of all the elements centralized in one file, so the user only has to read it once.

You should also remember that is vital you measure your results. No need to measure everything but, you'll be able to know what your visitor wants, what users are looking for, and how you can improve your weak points.

These are just some of the basics, if you want to have a good and decent site you need to fulfil these requirements. The internet is an amazing tool to get to millions of people around the world, if you know how to use this powerful tool in your favor, there's only success in your way.
