Can An Online Marketing Firm Speak Of The WWE Network?

After the WWE Network came into being on February 24th, I am sure that not only the wrestling world but the multimedia world was focused on its progression. After all, World Wrestling Entertainment put in quite a bit of money in order for this idea to come into being. How exactly did the WWE Network fare since that time, you may wonder? If you would like to know more about this, I am of the opinion that an online marketing firm can help you on the matter.

According to an article on the Los Angeles Times website, the WWE Network was able to garner around 667,287 subscribers. To further frame this, WWE said that it would have to reach one million subscribers by the year's end in order to break even with what it put into the streaming service at the onset. While such a goal might seem like a challenge, any online marketing firm can tell you that the WWE Network is currently only available in the United States. Firms like fishbat will tell you that it will go international before the year is out.

Another point that an online marketing firm might bring up is that it is heavily promoted on WWE's weekly shows. It's not of the question to tune into an episode of RAW on Monday night and be met with, at least, one commercial touting the many features of the WWE Network. This is a smart move because it will allow WWE to target its most important audience: the wrestling fans. In fact, one can make the argument that the newer wrestling fans are most vital.

With that said, I believe that there is a level of nostalgia to consider with the WWE Network to consider. It's prudent to note that WWE's new streaming service also entails vintage video libraries from not only WWE but other wrestling promotions, to boot. What this means is that those who might be more familiar with the "boom period" of wrestling seen in the 80's would be able to sign up for the WWE Network and have access to that older content. To say the least, the WWE Network's reach is broad.

Is it possible that the WWE Network, before 2015 comes into being, will be able to reach a total of one million subscribers? Keep in mind that the service has not been released to all parts of the world that are scheduled, so there is a good chance that the goal will be reached. This is especially true when given the fact that some parts of the world actually value WWE more than the United States. For the $9.99 a month the WWE Network entails, it's safe to say that the goal will be reached.
