Every choice you or I make is OUR decision and no other person can change our mind once that choice is final ...

... If you opt to leave your existing business, exists anything that your up line could do to keep you when your choice is final?

Well it functions similarly with your recruits.

Ultimately they make the decision of whether to stay or go.

There is no magic formula to retaining your whole team, yet ...
