Setting goals is the power to achieve success in life with the assistance of a person's high level of inspiration. The person's ability to set his or her goals is possible through books, written theories and strong self motivation. Through centuries each person like that of coaches, teachers, father or mother, students, counselors and employers has effectively explored the connection between motivation and setting goals.

Motivation is the medium that helps a person boost up his perseverance to obtain a specific goal.
