How to start the day

By Ben Flaurine

Let us begin the day right!

The start of every day is just a vital. It sets the tone for the remainder of the afternoon.

2. Start your alarm clock and move it far away from yourself

1. Take deep breaths

Let us take it slow - to begin the day you will need to get right up and take deep breathes.

3. Work out

2. Put your alarm clock on the other side of the room

If you have a busy day, you need to get up on schedule.

How was I able to transfer from a night-owl into a morning person?

3. Exercise

Who the hell really wants to get up by an alarm clock anyways?

Getting up and listening to music, reading Facebook status and emails are killing yourself.

Now I even work out in the morning!

Getting up early used to be impossible! Now I even work out in the morning!

5. Quality Morning meal

If you have trouble exercising after doing this - well, exercising and energizing yourself must not be your priority.

When you have trouble exercising after carrying this out - well, exercising and energizing your self should not be your priority.

Create your "goal" or "to-do" list just before sleeping. When you wake up obtain it done! If your the type of individual who takes their time and energy to write a "to-do" list but you usually do not "to-do" anything... you have to minimize your list.

This is the dumbest sh*t you can certainly do in the morning.

Pay attention to educational audio linked to your niche once you get up. This sound was per-meditated, meaning it really is perhaps not regurgitated garbage!

There is always something we dread throughout the day. Toughen up and get that done first. From my experience, I procrastinate too much - and if I have a daunting target, I will just put it off. 'Get-er done!

When you first begin meditating - try it for 10minutes for 2 weeks and bump it up 5-15 minutes every two weeks.

Eat something great and fulfilling

9. Meditate

Maybe your in to affirmations or incantations (which are awesome.) Unless you do this - simply put a smile on your face and be grateful for the day! It's going to release those "feel-good" substances in the human brain!

If you did not do this you will find excuses, and go back to sleep. Or you will have a day of random events.

10. Grin

P.S. If your struggling to start the day off right because you have a job or profession you hate, then assess this new video out.
