This was created by William Moulton Marston and it was an application of his behavior theory that is based on four personality traits. The four classifications for this profile evaluation are Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. A person will need to answer a questionnaire that classifies their behavior under each classification. You can also compare it with how you see yourself to find out how close to the truth it is. You may also be able to explain things about yourself that used to confuse you.

Be prepared to attend four weeks of classes. There will be one instructor-led session every week. You should also expect some self-paced study materials that you have to complete. Offline and online classes are being offered. Both options have fixed schedules that you are required to attend.

After completing the study requirements, you will soon be given the exam schedule. To better prepare for the exam, review the personality profiles, their evaluation responses and how these people will behave within the work environment. You can also study possible interventions based on their profiles. Even before you become certified, you can start applying what you learned in your office.

The cost of the certification can greatly influence your choice in the type of certificate that you would like to get. Generally, the online classes and exams cost less than the offline ones. Be sure to register for your desired schedule early, since class slots are limited to around twenty.
