By hiring people who specializes on the field, you can amp up the safety details. But for most events held in Denver, Colorado, it would be better for them to have armed event security staff. If you are going to decide on employing people, you need to know how many exactly. And when you are done with it, keep a short list. This would be a precaution in case of unprecedented situations such as there is someone who would not be able to make it or stuff like that.

If you are planning on skipping the interview sessions, this is not really advisable.
