It seems like I have been teaching swimming lessons forever. As a 14 year old eager to work, I was able to score a job at the local swim school teaching lessons. Those years of competitive swimming finally paid off-literally. As soon as I was old enough I made sure I got certified in Lifeguarding and Water Safety Instruction so I could potentially increase my earning potential. After I graduated and started working, I realized that I wanted to go back to what I truly loved-teaching. I was able to start my own pool teaching lessons.
