The first morning coffee has the excellent quality of waking you up completely, and it is undeniably tasty, especially if you have the organic fair trade coffee on your shell, or in your favorite coffee shop on your way to your work.

Organic is better, that's something people are more and more aware of. Without the use of all kinds of herbicides and chemical fertilizers, the food is better, richer and healthier, and that is something no one can deny any more. The same thing is with coffee beans. Grown up there in the mountains, surrounded by the trees, in fully natural environment, they can give you so much more.

If you don't know what does it mean if the food is fair trade labeled, well, it means that it is bought directly from the people who produced it, giving them a chance to get a fair share of the profit. In other words, there are no in-between buyers and sellers to make a profit from their work. Finally, this means that those people will have a fair chance to survive.

There are a large number of types, each of which has special characteristics. It's upon each consumer to pick his favorites, but, when it comes to quality itself, there are some universal facts that can be used as a guide. Organically grown beans have much higher qualities and much better taste, not to mention the fact they are much healthier for consummation as well.

There are two main types of coffee, Robusta and Arabica. There are many differences between them, but the first one is that Robusta grows on lower heights, and Arabica is 3000 feet and up grown. Robusta has more caffeine in it, and more intense taste, while Arabica has more delicate, but also much higher range of taste, not to mention the higher quality.

Grown using natural tree shades, Arabicas need more time to mature, and it means that the plants have more time to pull out the flavor. Organically grown beans are tastier, but also nature friendly, because this type of production doesn't pollute the water and doesn't affect any other type of production in this area, without disturbing the natural balance.

If you buy fair trade labelled aromatic beans, this will allow the producers to get a fair share, and to continue producing using traditional ways. The fact is that their product is of much higher quality, and that you will enjoy drinking it. Actually, you will be surprised how differently this beverage can taste, how full of aromas it can really be. In one word, incredible.

If you have never think about all those different types of your favorite morning drink, maybe now is the time to taste the difference, Have yourself a really good cup of organically grown Arabica, fair trade labelled one, and see for yourself.
