MLM Binary Compensation Plan Explained

As we all know binary means two. So you have to think about everything in pairs. One of the first things that you're going to have to do when you begin building your new business is to sign up two new folk who also want to enjoy the financial liberty of MLM promoting.

After you sign these two folk up they are going to be what's called your front line. Because you are working in a binary programme you can only recruit two folk and those 2 people can only induct 2 folks each. That's it. Less than 2.

So now your business consists of you and 2. Fred and Sally. Your next move will be to signup more folk, but because you can only have 2 people on your front line, the next 2 recruits have to either go under Dick or Jane or one can go under each. It's your decision to keep the legs balanced.

What's Binary Spillover?

When you dropped your new recruits into the downlines of Fred and Mary, they received upline spillover. To paraphrase, you have helped them build one side of their business primarily based on your activities. And this is one of the huge benefits of the MLM binary compensation plan - the idea that, if you've got an active upline, they'd actually aid you in building 1/2 your business.

You don't stop there, you still need to continue to sponsor and hire heaps of people and keep balancing the two legs of the plan with the right folk because most plans only pay a commission when the product volumes balance. You will enjoy a lot of spillover, but you will only be compensated when you keep adding new folks.

So this is one of the initial points you must understand. It isn't an issue of whether MLM binary is best for you but the big issue is how are you able to plug your business effectively? You have to have a plan in place to pimp your opportunity and your items.
