Emotional Intelligence is how you acknowledge and deal with your emotions as well as how you deal with others. This intelligence should be taught at a young age, so children could go knowing what to do when they encounter anxiety and other emotional issues. Unfortunately before, even until now, education is focusing more of logical thinking and scientific factors and structures, which is the reason why more and more people are growing up having problems in dealing even with their own basic emotions. However, there are eqi 20 these days that keeps track of one emotional wellness.

Have you ever wondered why you constantly encounter situation where in you could not understand why others are acting in a specific manner and even at time you could not understand what you are actually feeling or why you are feeling that way.

This is due to the fact that emotional intelligence is something you acquire by indulging though culture, studies and theories. It is something you gain through experience and constantly communicating with different people having different emotional strengths and weaknesses.

The problem with todays generation, no one wants to gain something they do not understand, and if its proven to be difficult to achieve, one would easily give up without giving it their all, which says a lot about the kind of individuals the current society is producing.

Emotional intelligence is not only an interesting piece of knowledge that one needs to learn but it is something that would lead humanity to a better future, where less wars are raged and more people understand the word empathy.

Imagine not being able to make good rational decisions at work or even encountering situations while just walking around town. That is why there are some businesses these day that engages into having Emotional intelligence part of their actions for their employees.

And all the other portion is found through experience, another thing that is learned through experience and communicating with other people is emotional intelligence. The more you try to get to know others the more you become aware of yourself, you start to think of how to justify ones action. And if you would ever resolve to such actions if your placed in the same situation.

When you think about the expenses of promoting this emotional intelligence in the work place maybe one should try to consider the possibility of positive outcomes in having employees whom has control over their emotion and understanding of co employees emotions and actions.

You get to understand others and that is beneficial not just for socializing with different individuals but of also getting along with them. For company promoting emotional intelligence and encouraging them to keep track of their emotions can create a better working environment, which is beneficial for everyone in the company. Imagine not having to resolve misunderstanding and miscommunication between two employees who need to work together, and be able to work at their best.
