Every sort of job has stress. Some are of much stressful and some are of less. Stressful jobs exploit people?s vitality and unavoidable discomfort. Hence, majority of the people?s utmost endeavor is to find less stressful jobs; however, often they are compelled to do much stressful jobs for different purposes. This article offers information about the most stressful jobs.

More than any other profession IT seems to have struggled a lot because of stress. Studies have shown that almost 97 percent of people in IT organizations suffer from too much stress. The stress begins even before people enter their work stations.

The medical profession is considered to be the second most stressful job. It is easy to realize that doctors have to use their brain to a great extent. They have to study a lot to deal with their profession daily. They hardly get any time for themselves. During the time of surgeries they need to apply their brains a lot. In the operation theatre the doctor needs to have a lot of concentration. As many lives are depended on the doctor they need to have more responsibility.

Stress also affects the engineering professionals. They need to be very careful as even a little mistake can be harmful for their career. Moreover, they have to ensure maximum security through their work.

Sales and marketing jobs are also very stressful. Professionals on sales department always remain busy in maintaining extreme pressure of customers. They don?t even get time to go to the toilet during busy hours. They also need to have high patience and deal nicely with the customers. Marketing professionals also go through a lot of stress. New ideas are always required for the marketing professionals to maintain their job.

Teaching is another stressful profession. The main purpose of the teacher is to provide good education. Teachers have to deal with a lot of pressure in the classroom. In addition to the daily work, they also need to examine the exam papers. A good teacher needs to pay a lot of attention to the students.

Finance persons also face a lot of stress in their work field. They need to be very careful with the accounts. Their jobs can come under scrutiny if any miscalculation occurs. Financial consultants have to ensure innovative and productive service to their clients. HR people also face a lot of workload. Their job is not at all easy and requires a lot of concentration. They remain stressed sometimes.

People working in production sector also have tough duties. The people in this field of work remains extremely busy always. They also need to maintain the deadline and quality of the products. The production sector workers put a lot of pressure on their brains.

Clerical jobs can also be regarded as very stressful. The officials have to simultaneously execute the works given from upper level and manage the clients? demands responsibly.

The jobs discussed above are the most stressful jobs. Less pay also make the job more stressful. Strict deadline is also a major concern for the people. Too much of stress reduces one?s longevity. A balanced diet and proper rest can help you stay fit. Recreation is also very important to get rid of the stress.
